The Technician C is accountable to maintain company equipment in accordance with company standards, while maximizing utilization and uptime with a focus on company cost objectives. Technician C’s targeted productivity goal is 95% or above completions, within or under standard repair time, with rework at 4% or lower.

  • 2nd shift – 4 day work week options
  • $1,000 tool allowance + $250 boot allowance
  • Starting at $22/hour
  • Assist in performing most repairs and services.
  • Repair equipment in the most effective manner with a focus on quality and cost control.
  • Conduct all repairs in a manner that emphasizes personal and coworker safety.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Demonstrates personal concern for maintaining a safe environment for themselves and others.
  • Actively promotes the proper use of equipment and adherence to processes.
  • Builds trust by being upfront about what they can or can't do.

  • Entry level position. No minimum experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with computer-based maintenance systems.
  • Experience with computer-based maintenance systems.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
  • Ability to promote a culture of trust and safety.
