We’ve been nominated for the 2022 Best Fleet to Drive For!

This year, we have been nominated to be the 2022 Best Fleet to Drive For! The annual poll and competition recognizes the for-hire carriers that are providing the best workplace for their drivers.

“We are obsessed with our drivers and providing a great place to work. And we’re honored to be recognized for it,” said Nick Wakefield, Chief People Officer. “To us, it’s about doing the right things daily. It’s about having a place where people feel valued and trusted.”

Companies with 10 or more trucks in their fleet have to receive a nomination from one of their company drivers or owner operators to be considered for the Best Fleet to Drive For program. After that, carriers are scored on a grading matrix that includes overall compensation, health benefits, performance management, professional development, and career path/advancement.

We take care of our drivers by offering top pay, quality home time and a variety of great runs. We also make it a priority to listen to our drivers, so we can provide the best working environment and professional development possible. And it seems to be paying off!

The top 20 carriers will be announced at the end of January 2022. The overall winners will be announced in March 2022, at the Truckload Carriers Association’s annual convention at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort.
