As 2021 is coming to a close, we’re bringing in the New Year right with new and enhanced benefits for our CDL-A drivers.
In 2022, we have enhanced benefits to protect your wallet, like: accident insurance, critical illness insurance (including COVID-19 coverage) and hospital indemnity insurance. Medical insurance and healthcare FSA are now being offered by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. And dental insurance in now offered by MetLife with enhanced coverage AND orthodontia!
Counseling services will be available at no cost through our new Employee Assistance Program. And we are now offering voluntary short-term disability through MetLife that can replace up to 60% of your weekly earnings. We are also offering long-term disability through MetLife that can replace up to 60% of your monthly earnings. Drivers will be automatically enrolled in disability coverage unless opted out during open enrollment.

Open enrollment is Nov. 8 through Nov. 21 and all employees must complete the enrollment process. Current drivers can review their benefit elections and look over summaries and plan details here.
