Open Enrollment 2026: Your Benefits, Your Choice

Open Enrollment is here, and now is the time to review your benefits and make any updates for the year ahead. Even if you’re happy with the coverage you currently have, it’s worth taking a few minutes to look at what’s new and make sure your benefits still fit your needs and your family.

Who’s Eligible

You’re eligible for benefits if you work 30+ hours per week. You can also cover your:

  • Legal spouse or domestic partner
  • Children up to age 26
  • Children with disabilities who rely on you for support

Coverage begins on the 30th day after your hire date.

What’s New This Year

For 2026, Ascend is offering three new medical plans through Anthem’s Blue High Performance Network (BlueHPN):

  • HPN Gold
  • HPN Silver
  • HPN HDHP Bronze (HSA-eligible)

These plans do not include out-of-network coverage, except for emergencies.
Before scheduling appointments, check the Sydney app to confirm your provider is in-network.

If you enroll in one of these plans, you’ll receive a new medical ID card starting January 1, 2026.

All plans include $15 telehealth visits for primary care, mental health, and specialty care — convenient care from anywhere.
