Brought to you by our partners at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, we've created a space to support your health and wellness journey. We know how important it is to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and this facility ensures you have the resources you need to stay active, healthy, and happy.

Your well-being, physically and mentally, is a priority for us at Ascend. Whether you want to start a new fitness routine or maintain your current one, our fitness facility is here to help you achieve your goals. We’ve worked hard to ensure that this gym is more than just a place to work out; it's a place where you can focus on your wellness, unwind after a long day, and find balance in your life.

The fitness facility, located at 1980 Highway 70E in Jackson, Tenn., officially opened on August 19, 2024. It’s open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., offering you the flexibility to fit in a workout whenever it suits your schedule.

We know that sometimes signing up for a new gym can be overwhelming, but getting started at our fitness facility is a breeze:

1. Email hrleadership@ascend.net to request an "Ascend Workout Facility Waiver."
2. The HR team will send you a waiver via DocuSign.
3. Sign the waiver when prompted.
4. Once signed, the waiver will be automatically returned to the HR Team.
5. The HR team will update your employee file with the completed waiver.
6. The IT department will activate your ID badge within one business day.
7. Start working on your fitness goals!
