LiveHealth Online gives our drivers immediate access to board-certified doctors 24/7. So whether you’re at home with your family or hundreds of miles away from home, you can get the help you need with more convenience and less cost than a trip to urgent care. Today, we’re answering some of your most frequently asked questions about LiveHealth Online to help you take advantage of all the program has to offer:
Q: How do I sign up for this benefit?
A: Visit lifehealthonline.com or download the free mobile app to sign up. It’s that easy!
Q: What technology do I need?
A: You can access LifeHealth Online via your smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Sign up for LiveHealth Online is completely free. The doctors you’ll visit with typically charge $59 or less per visit, but this varies depending on your health plan.
Q: What kinds of things can I be seen for?
A: You can use LiveHealth Online to be seen for common health conditions when your own doctor isn’t available. Some of these health concerns include colds, the flu, pinkeye, fever, allergies and sinus infections. A LiveHealth Online doctor can assess your condition, make a treatment plan and send in prescriptions to your desired pharmacy.
Q: What if I feel like I need to see a therapist? Can I do that through LiveHealth Online too?
A: You can! LiveHealth Online makes it possible for you to see a licensed psychologist or therapist, usually within four days or less. If you’re feeling anxious, stressed, dealing with grief or need some additional support, you can make an appointment for a 45-minute therapy session at livehealthonline.com or call 1-844-784-8409 from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. Cost varies depending on your coverage, but it may be similar to what you would usually pay for an office visit.
Q: Is this resource just for me, the employee?
A: Nope! Both you and your eligible dependents can use the LiveHealth Online benefit.
