Ascend Unveils the Roadmap to Millions Program: Celebrating Our Million Mile Drivers

At Ascend, safety and excellence are at the core of everything we do, and nothing embodies that more than the incredible accomplishments of our dedicated, elite team of drivers. That’s why we’re proud to announce our brand-new program, the Roadmap to Millions, designed to recognize and reward drivers who achieve the milestone of one million accident-free miles with Ascend.
This isn’t just about safe driving – it’s about reaching a remarkable achievement that takes years of hard work, dedication, and commitment on the road. We know that driving one million miles without a preventable accident requires consistency and determination, and we believe it’s time to celebrate these efforts in a way that matches the magnitude of the accomplishment. Our new Roadmap to Millions program does just that, recognizing our drivers every step – and mile – of the way.
The journey to one million miles is no easy feat. Most drivers take around ten years to achieve one million accident-free miles. But at Ascend, we believe in recognizing this achievement incrementally because it takes consistent dedication, skill, and hard work that shouldn’t go unnoticed. With each 250,000 miles driven, drivers will be celebrated for their progress toward the goal of one million. It’s our way of ensuring every driver knows how much their dedication to safety and professionalism is valued.
One driver has already reached a jaw-dropping 4 million accident-free miles, demonstrating just how far dedication can take you. But no matter where you are on your road to a million, we’ll be cheering you on every mile of the way.
How the Roadmap to Millions Works
The program is designed to acknowledge and encourage drivers as they build toward the ultimate goal of reaching one million accident-free miles (and beyond!). Starting at 250,000 miles, drivers will begin earning recognition at every 250,000-mile benchmark until they hit the million mark, where the celebration truly kicks into high gear. After that, drivers will be recognized in million-mile increments.
Drivers who reach these milestones will receive:
· Financial Incentives
· Name on the Roadmap to Millions Mile Wall – As a permanent marker of their dedication, drivers’ names will be placed on a special recognition wall at Ascend.
· Customized Ascend Gear—Each million-mile milestone will include customized gear.
· Truck Badge – A small, customized sticker with the driver’s name and the million-mile milestone to proudly display on their truck.
· Company Recognition – Drivers will be celebrated company-wide, with an announcement and recognition from Ascend leadership.
· Executive Dinner – Upon reaching a million miles, drivers will also be treated to a special dinner with an executive team member and divisional leader.
